There are three simple offerings that we have set out to perfect...pizza, salumi, and espresso. Simple foods, which require passion to perfect. We have searched throughout the world, and locally, to source the best suppliers of ingredients. Our chef and pizzaiolo Francesco arrives from Bari, Italia and comes with an excitement to bring the taste of his homeland to NJ.
